How does a booth connect to my BoothIQ account?
Every booth ships with the BoothIQ software installed. Create your BoothIQ account, add a booth and choose its plan in the app, then scan the QR code the booth shows on first boot. It links itself. No technician, no config files.
How long until my booth ships?
Booths are built to order. The current lead time is shown on each booth's page (typically 2 to 4 weeks). Printers, media, and parts in stock ship within one business day.
How does freight delivery work?
Booth prices exclude delivery. Tell us where the booth is going and we quote freight to that address before the build starts. It ships on a pallet, the carrier calls to schedule a window, and the quote includes curbside delivery with a liftgate. Inspect before signing and note any damage on the receipt.
What media does my booth take?
One kit: the DS-RX1HS 4x6 media, 1,400 prints per case. The booth prints 4x6, and every layout comes off that roll, full photos or 2x6 strips it cuts automatically. No other media to stock or match.
Does the booth need internet at the venue?
No. Sessions, prints, and card payments all run on the booth itself. When it has internet, it syncs sales and supply levels to your dashboard; when it does not, it keeps working and syncs later.
Can the booth take payments on its own?
Yes. Every booth ships with a contactless card reader and a bill acceptor, so it can sell sessions unattended. Payments show up in your dashboard with the rest of the day's numbers.
What warranty do I get?
Booths carry a 1-year BoothIQ limited warranty. The DNP printer carries DNP's 3-year Advance Exchange warranty, which ships you a replacement before you return the failed unit. Parts are covered for 90 days.
Can I return something?
Yes, with prior authorization, within 30 days of delivery. Media unopened; parts and accessories unopened (20% restocking fee); printers with all included items (15% fee if opened); booths complete and undamaged (20% fee). Full details on the shipping and returns page.
